Only 6-8% of all projects meet GAHB's underwriting criteria. Funds are distributed so that we always have meaningful equity in the project - ensuring incentives are always aligned.
Downside protection
Your investment carries a first-position mortgage. In the event the project doesn't go as planned, your downside will be protected by the value of the real property. We also contribute 15-20% equity.
